2 cups cottage cheese ice cubes
1/2 cup milk (more or less depending on your desired thickness)
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons espresso
