This peach cottage cheese ice cream recipe is creamy, fruity and naturally sweetened. It’s a sneaky way to add protein to a sweet treat.

  • 2 cups blended cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, chopped
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 t vanilla
