Ingredients

  • 214.5 oz. cans of diced tomatoes 
  • 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese
  • 1/2 to 1 cup of beef bone broth
  • 1/2 tsp each: basil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

Instructions

  1. Add tomatoes, cottage cheese, seasonings, and broth to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more broth if needed. 
  2. Pour into a pot. Warm over medium heat, stirring until heated thoroughly.
  3. Serve with choice of toppings.
