Ingredients

1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cottage cheese
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 Tablespoon vanilla

Instructions

1. In a small blender, combine milk, cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla. Blend until completely smooth.
2. Pour into a mason jar or other airtight storage container. 

Notes

Stays good in fridge up to 1 week.
