These cottage cheese ice cubes are the ultimate protein smoothie hack. They make it SO easy to add more protein to your smoothies and makes them extra creamy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 oz. whipped cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. Put cottage cheese and protein powder in blender of choice and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour mixture into ice cube trays. Freeze for 6 hours. 
  3. Remove from trays and store in freezer ziplock bags for future use.
  4. Add 3-4 cubes in any smoothie for added protein.
