This cottage cheese fudgesicle recipe is a nutritious, easy, chocolatey frozen treat! Meet your new favorite dessert that just so happens to pack a hidden protein punch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of blended cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 T arrowroot powder
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 1/4 t salt

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese in blender or food processor.
  2. Transfer blended cottage cheese to medium sized bowl and add other ingredients, stir until it’s well-combined and smooth.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds, cover, and insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze for at least 8 hours (preferably overnight).
  5. Before serving, run the popsicle mold under warm water for 5-10 seconds to easily remove popsicles.
